ДВЕТЕ ЦАРСТВА И ТЕХНИТЕ ЗАКОНИ

Много книги са изписани с човешки правила и системи от правила, как да живеем Християнски живот и какво да изпълняваме, какво да не изпълняваме, но печелившата формула винаги е била баланс между четене и изучаване на цялото Божие Слово със Святия Дух, от една страна и пребъдването в Божието присъствие, изразяващо се в молитва (поклонение, ходатайство и слушане от Бог), основана на Божието Слово, от друга страна. Това е наследството на Великите Божии хора – прекарване на много време в четене на Словото и в молитва. Тогава се получават резултатите, плодовете – истинският живот в Христос.

МОЖЕ ЛИ НОВОТО СЪЗДАНИЕ ДА ГРЕШИ?

Глупаво е да вярваме, че цялостната и коренна промяна в нас се е състояла веднъж завинаги, когато сме казали молитвата на грешника, че изведнъж сме станали Храм, където Святият Дух обитава в пълнота и вече грехът, проклятията и демоните нямат никаква власт над нас, не могат дори да ни докоснат…

Обаче фактите в живота ни и в живота на другите покаяли се бивши грешници говорят друго. Освен това, ако беше така, Павел нямаше да ни ни предупреждава да се пазим от грях и особено от блудодеяние:

„Или не знаете, че който се съвъкупява с блудница е едно тяло с нея? защото "ще бъдат", казва, "двамата една плът".Но, който се съединява с Господа е един дух с Него. Бягайте от блудодеянието. Всеки друг грях, който би сторил човек, е вън от тялото; но който блудствува, съгрешава против своето си тяло. Или не знаете, че вашето тяло е храм на Светия Дух, който е във вас, когото имате от Бога? И вие не сте свои си, защото сте били с цена купени; затова прославете Бога с телата си, [и с душите си, които са Божии].” 1 Коринтяни 6:16-20

Значи, все пак, възможно е новородените християни грешат. Знанието, че сме храм на Святия Дух, трябва да ни предпазва, да ни мотивира да не искаме да грешим, но не означава, че щом изпаднем в грях, ще продължим да сме Негов храм. Ако се съвокупляваме с блудница, сме една плът с нея, а ако се съединяваме с Бога, сме един Дух с Него. Двете неща едновременно не могат да съществуват, както светлина и тъмнина не могат да са едновременно на едно и също място. А щом новородените изпадат в грях, докато не се покаят те са под осъждението и проклятието на Бог:

„Защото за тия, които веднъж са били просветени, и са вкусили от небесния дар, и са станали причастници на Светия Дух и са вкусили, колко е добро Божието слово, още са вкусили и от великите дела, които въвеждат бъдещия век, а са отпаднали, невъзможно е да се обновят пак и доведат до покаяние, докато разпъват втори път в себе си Божия Син и Го опозоряват. Защото земята, която се е поила от дъжда, що пада често на нея, и която ражда трева полезна на тия, за които се и обработва, получава благословение от Бога; но ако ражда тръни и репеи, отхвърля се; тя скоро ще се прокълне, и сетнината й е да се изгори.” Евреи 6:4-8

Както и ако не останем пръчки на Лозата –ще бъдем отрязани и изхвълени в огъня.

Ако нямаше нужда от непрекъсната промяна до достигането на Христовата пълнота, Павел нямаше да ни предупреждава, какви ще са последствията, ако не търсим освещение:

„Търсете мир с всички и онова освещение, без което никой няма да види Господа.” Евреи 12:14

  

ЮРИСДИКЦИИ

Това, което се получава, всъщност, когато се новородим е че получаваме още едно гражданство – истинското ни гражданство, там, където принадлежим законно – в Божието Царство. Легално сме обявени за Негови граждани и Бог гледа на нас по този начин. Но същевременно сме граждани и на света – все още душата ни обитава в този скафандър – човешкото тяло, пригоден да оцеляваме при физическите условия на един физически, материален свят.
Докато си в посолството на Родината си, законите на държавата, в която си, не важат за теб. Но когато излезеш, от там да си вършиш работата, ти си под юрисдикцията и на тази държава. (Е, има и имунитет, но той се получава при определени условия и не е абсолютен и това е друг въпрос.)

Проблемът е, че не разбираме, че има две юрисдикции – два кодекса, два пакета със закони. Единият е на света, другият е на Царството. В повечето случаи – коренно противоположни.

ВОДИТЕЛСТВОТО НА СВЯТИЯ ДУХ

От там следват и останалите ни проблеми – когато се опитаме да прилагаме Законите на Царството, върху хора и места, за които Бог не ни е дал заповед да действаме; или в ревността си сме избързали, или сме изпуснали времето за действие; или се мъчим да превземаме крепости с прашки и блъскайки по вратите, без да сме поискали ключовете за тях от нашия Господар, за Когото знаем, че взе всички ключове в Себе Си, побеждавайки врага на кръста.

Така става, като се опитваме да се сражаваме с врага, като се отделим, или при нарушена комуникация с Главното Командване.

Ние трябва да имаме законно пълномощно, за да прилагаме Законите на Царството! Пълномощно означава да действаме от Името, с властта и за сметка на Упълномощителя!

В противен случай, на практика, това се изразява в живот и действия без водителството на Святия Дух. Може перфектно да сме запознати със законите на Царството, може дори по случайност, или по-скоро по Божия милост понякога да улучим правилния подход (да извършим правилното нещо, по правилния начин и с правилния мотив), но ако нямаме водителството, действаме незаконно и ще се сблъскаме с неимоверно повече провали, отколкото с успехи. Това е, защото не сме призовани да действаме на своя глава, а да следваме, това е законната процедура.

СВЕТСКИТЕ ЗАКОНИ

От друга страна имаме големи проблеми, кого се опитаме да приложим светските закони, за да черпим от ресурсите на Царството. То е, все едно да ангажираме местната полиция и дори войска да ни помогне да вземем това, което притежаваме от посолството на Родината ни, вместо да използваме Правилата и законите на Царството. Това, което правим е, всъщност, че предизвикваме атаки срещу Царството, на което сме поданици. Няма значение, колко части от Закона на Царството ще ни извадят, за да „подкрепят” легитимността на действията си – тези части от Закона не представляват волята на Законодателя, или са изкривени и изопачени, за да паснат на заблудителната стратегия на противника.

На практика, това се изразява, например в това, да се мъчим с човешката си любов да обичаме ближния, както Исус изисква от нас; или да придобием вяра, като повтаряме до припадък едно и съща изповед (дори от Словото), като мантра; или да „извикаме в съществуване несъществуващи неща”, като си ги представяме живо, като си ги визулизираме в ума, докато не се появят в материалния свят… Може и да ги получим, но не от Царството. Противниковото правителство с удоволствие ще ни ги предостави, за да ни използва за подривна дейност срещу Царството, или най-малкото, за да ни накара да си свием удобно гнездо в неговата държава и да забравим истинското си гражданство, да забравим, че сме пришълци…

А ето какво е записано в Закона на Царството, за тези, които са се поддали на изкушенията на вражеското правителство и са използвани да заблуждават още души:

„Тия, обаче, като животни без разум, естествено родени, за да бъдат ловени и изтребвани, хулят за неща, които не знаят, и ще погинат в своя разврат, наближаващи да получат заплатата на неправдата - люде, които считат за удоволствие да разкошествуват денем. Те са петна и позор; наслаждават се с примамките си, когато са на угощение при вас; очите им са пълни с блудство и с непрестанен грях; подмамват неутвърдени души; сърцето им е научено на лакомство; те са предадени на проклетия; оставиха правия път и се заблудиха, като последваха пътя на Валаама Веоров, който обикна заплатата на неправдата, но биде изобличен за своето беззаконие, когато ням осел проговори с човешки глас и възпря лудостта на пророка. Те са безводни кладенци, мъгли тласкани от буря, за които е запазена мрачна тъмнина [до века]. Защото, като говорят с надуто празнословие, те с разтленността подмамват в плътските страсти ония, които едвам избягват от живеещите в заблуда. Обещават им свобода, а те сами са роби на разврата; защото от каквото е победен някой, на това и роб става. Понеже, ако, след като са избягали от светските мръсотии чрез познаването на Господа и Спасителя Исуса Христа, те пак са се сплели в тях и остават победени, то последното им състояние е станало по-лошо от първото. Понеже по-добре би било за тях да не бяха познали пътя на правдата, отколкото след като са го познали, да се отвърнат от предадената на тях света заповед. С тях се е случило това, което казва истинската пословица: Псето се върна на бълвоча си, и: Окъпаната свиня се върна да се валя в тинята.” 2 Петрово 2:12-22

Ето това е картината, описваща проповядващите „евангелието” на просперитета. Тук е описано и осъждението им.

 "Писах ви в посланието си да се не сношавате с блудници, не че съм искал да кажа за блудниците на тоя свят, или за сребролюбците и грабителите, или за идолопоклонците, понеже тогава би трябвало да излезете от света, но в действителност ви писах да се не сношавате с някого, който се нарича брат ако е блудник, или сребролюбец, или идолопоклонник, или грабител; с такъв, нито да ядете заедно. 1 Коринтяни 5:9-11

Ако искате да избегнете и вие осъждението – бягайте, бягайте, спасявайте живота си, защото те ви учат точно противоположното на това, което Исус учи – те казват: „Запази живота си, свий си удобно гнезденце тук, гладай да ти е добре на теб!”, а Исус казва: „Който изгуби живота си заради Мен, ще го спечели!”

Кого ще послушаме – крясъка на плътта си, или гласа на Спасителя?

Точно нещото, от което се страхуваме е нещото, от което се нуждаем. Тозер е казал преди много години: "Ако Божиите хора бяха само наполовина ревностни да докажат, че могат да бъдат изпълнени със Святия Дух от ревността да докажат, че не могат да бъдат изпълнени, църквите щяха да са претъпкани, животите щяха да бъдат радикално променени!"

ИЗПОВЕД НА ВЯРА

Често, когато присъствам на събрание, или гледам служба на видео, когато проповедникът поиска аудиторията да повтори след него някакво изречение, винаги съм го възприемала, като някаква форма на манипулация. Понякога безобидна, а друг път неприятна.
Особено, когато едно и също изявление се повтаря от дадено събрание години наред, то престава да извършва предназначението си, като изповед и се превръща в най-добрия случай в папагалско повторение на думи без смисъл.
В някои случаи, обаче, такова изявление има вид на заклинание...
Сещам се за една проповед на Крефло Долар, например, когато караше аудиторията,да повтарят непрекъснато "Бог ме обича", независимо от обстоятелствата. Всъщност, това беше неговият съвет, как да повярват, че Бог ги обича – като го повтарят непрекъснато!?!
Ето тук, подробен анализ на проповедта:

СИЛАТА НА ЛЮБОВТА

Далеч съм от мисълта, да отричам абсолютно изповедта на вяра. Но за мен това понятие има друго значение. Например, по времето, когато имах много сериозен проблем, четейки Исая, сякаш едновременно и в сърцето и в ума ми се врязаха едни стихове от 54-та глава, като отговор на Бог за моята ситуация. Това слово се съедини с вярата ми и се превърна в пълна увереност, че Бог е в контрол и проблемът ми ще бъде решен. Оттогава, всеки път, когато дойдеше съмнение, или отчаяние, тези стихове бяха котвата на моята надежда и увереност. Но не просто повтарях словото-рема, размишлявах върху всяка дума, свързвах го с други подобни обещания, размишлявах върху грижата на Бог, върху Неговата мощ и власт, върху Неговата любов и справедливост и това постепенно изгради толкова голяма вяра в мен, че дори вече не се съмнявах в изхода. Точно преди да произнесат присъдите, адвокатът ми каза: "Ха да видим сега, този твой Бог, на Когото се надяваш, дали ще те отърве!" – отговорих – "Аз ЗНАМ, че ще ме отърве!". Вярата ми се беше превърнала в пълна увереност в нещо, което не се виждаше още, но не като си го визуализирах, а защото имах увереност в Моя Бог. Приех абсолютно спокойно оправдателната присъда – това беше абсолютно естествена развръзка!
Изобщо, изповедта на вяра, за мен е изговореното Божието Слово за конкретната ситуация, изповядвано от вярващия, с увереност в самия Бог.
Дори в молитвата ни, Божието Слово е това, което ни използва, а не ние Него!

Но не този е смисъла, който така наречените проповедници от "Слово на вяра влагат" влагат в "изповед на вяра". Те акцентират на "вярата" на човека, като субстанция, която има в себе си силата да върши чудеса. По този начин, отговорността за отговора на молитвата се измества от Бога в способността на човека да вярва.
Стиховете, които се използват за подкрепа на това са там, където Исус казва на жената с кръвотечението, прокажения и слепеца "Твоята вяра те изцели".
Опитвали ли сте, като малки, особено след филмите на "Междузвездни войни" да премествате предмети със силата на ума си, като Йода и като Люк Скайуокър? Имам предвид, че колкото и силна да е способността ти да вярваш, все пак решаващото е в КОГО вярваш. Силата на вярата е без никаква стойност, ако е вяра в обещание, което никога не ти е било давано, или си мислиш, че ти е било дадено, но всъщност, то е обещание с условие, което не си изпълнил.
Пример:
"Уповавай на Господа и върши добро; Така ще населиш земята и ще се храниш с увереност. Весели се, тъй също, в Господа; И Той ще ти даде попросеното от сърцето ти. Предай на Господа пътя си; И уповавай на Него, и Той ще извърши очакването ти; И ще направи да се яви правдата ти като светлината, И съдът ти като пладне. Облегни се на Господа, и чакай Него; Не се раздразнявай поради този човек, който успява в пътя си Като извършва подлости." Псалм 37:3-7 
Ако:

1. Уповаваш на Господа;
2. Вършиш добро;
3. Веселиш с в Него – Той е източникът ти на радост;
4. Предаваш на Господа пътя си;
5. Пак – уповаваш на Господа;
6. Облягаш се на Госппода;
7. Чакаш Него.

Тогава Бог ще  извърши очакваното ти! Хайде сега нека разсъдим, ако изпълняваме всички тези условия, какво ли ще бъде очакваното ни? – По хубава кола? Хубаво жилище? Пари?
Или ще очакваш това, което Бог е вложил в сърцето ти, докато си уповавал на Него, предавал си пътищата си на Него, облягал си се на Него, чакал си Него, радвал си се само в него!
Абсолютно сигурно – ще очакваш Бог да извърши Волята Си,защото от опит си разбрал, че Неговата Воля е най-доброто за теб!

Колко са различни и далечни нашите помисли и пътища от Божиите – колкото е от земята до Небето!

Ето това е, което трябва след около 20-тина години (за повечето от нас) да сме осъзнали – НЯМА ПО ДОБРО ЗА НАС ОТ БОЖИЯТА ВОЛЯ ЗА НАС!

Е, като знаем това, какво правим, ами не паднем на колене да се молим Божията воля да бъде за нас, както е на Небето, така да се извърши и на земята, в нашия живот.

Бог да ни благослови с отворени уши да чуваме, с отворени очи да виждаме, с отворени сърца да приемаме и с Неговата благодат (да искаме и да имаме силата) да вършим Божията Воля!

TONGUES, HEALINGS AND DELIVERANCES

Were they only for the apostolic times, or they are also for the present time?

Lord, what confusion reigns on these issues within the Christian community .

I remember, I've recently received the Holy Spirit's gift of tongues and on the door of my apartment someone rang. A man was selling books, one of which had in it's title "Holy Spirit". I did not think long, took several books and sat with interest to read about the Holy Spirit. What was my surprise when I found out that hundreds of pages have been written to prove that there is no such thing as "speaking in tongues", something that I already had, given to me by grace - something supernatural and most natural for God to give. Then I saw that all the books are from one author -- Hellen White. In a purge at home all the books burned in the stove so that the pipes became red .
So I noticed that the same arguments that were used by White are also used by other opponents of the gift of  "speaking in tongues" and the common thing between them all is that they do not have this gift...
Whether there are imitations - absolutely. I myself, in desire to be like others and stop their reproaches that  7 months have been gone and I have not been baptized in the Holy Spirit, tried somehow to imitate it, repeating syllables, which I have heard. It was funny. Oh, it never works in the flesh!
Best imitations are in a spirit, but not in the Holy Spirit. I was a witness in a case where a girl remembered pretty words in Aramaic and presented it as a speaking in tongues. But any imitation, ultimately manifests itself, or it is seen by the fruits in one's life, what is the source.
I would like to clarify that I did not identify the receipt of the Holy Spirit with the gift of tongues. And I had a personal confirmation from God for this.
But the very fact that there is imitation is the best proof of the existence of the original.
One of the things that convinced me to give my life to Jesus Christ was the truth of what the Bible says. I read and what it says as spiritual principles I watch them confirmed in the real life. For me, even as a brand new in the faith, it was clear - that of speaking in tongues is in the Word (Mark 16:17 , 1 Corinthians 12:10 , 1 Corinthians 12:28 ), I got it as it is written in the Word (Acts 2:3 , Acts 10:46 ) and it effects as it is written in the Word (Acts 10:46 , Acts 19:6 ). There are also instructions on how to use it, yet still in the Word (1 Corinthians 12, 13, 14). All this I've read in the Word was fulfilled in my real life!
So my advice to the opponents of the gift of speaking in tongues is to simply ask God sincerely and honestly - even if you are not sure about this, but in the belief that if you want something good from God, He will give it to you, according to Matthew 7:7 -11 .
You may not have to wait like me for 7 months.
Waiting for me had a very good reason - I wanted more the gift than the Giver. It had become an obsession that if I don't get the gift of tongues, my biggest problem will not be solved. In general, superstitions! Furthermore, I was worried what would think of me my brothers and sisters who  laughed at me a little  that I still do not have it. But when, with the grace of God I realized my improper attitude, peace came back to me and joy in my worship - and at the time that God considered, He gave me a tongue, then another, then another...
The Word is living and powerful also today, and the Holy Spirit is the same today as He was in the apostolic times.
Therefore, the same applies to the liberation and healing.

If regeneration is real - initiated by God and leading to a conviction and repentance for our sins, and real change in us, freight, curses, addictions, diseases should be cut off from the newborn believer. Theoretically, this could be the case. But in practice it is not always so. A fact seen for almost 20 years!
I 'm lucky - I was very sickly before believed. I used to catch every passing virus, even twice. So often suffered from purulent tonsillitis that already simple antibiotic capsules did not help - I went to have injections. Then, because of my feeble body what happened to me was overdose on prescibed drugs and I suffered from side-effects ...
When I was born again, I received an amazing gift from my God - divine health, I stopped getting sick. By saying that I do not catch a flu, people look at me with disbelief, but it is a fact. Besides, I had a health problem found after the first birth, confirmed after the second birth of another doctor, but it didn't bother me and it did not hurt and ignored it. A few years ago I read that it might be a cause for tumor formation. I went to see a doctor and it turned out that I do not have this problem - according to the doctor, it seemed that I never had it! I have many testimonies of healing of my children , my mother and other people through prayer. So, for me to say that God does not heal today, it means I would be ungrateful liar before my God.

Liberation - again, quite recently I have believed, with child-like faith , before someone told me what is possible and what is not, what it was for then and what is not, for now, I read in Acts 19:11, 12 "And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them."
I believed and with the children we prayed and laid hands on the sheets on the bed of my husband, who then had a serious problem with alcohol. He came and threw a plate of food on the floor, slammed two doors and went to bed. When asleep, I went back and laid my hand on his head and began to pray quietly in tongues. As he was sleeping, he suddenly began to sob. In the morning he could not remember anything, and it worried him. After lunch a neighbor came with a bottle of brandy to visit, but my husband refused to drink - there was no desire in him for this. Glory to God !
And not only that, I've been witness to believers, born-again Christians who were oppressed by the enemy, even were introduced into psychiatry. I myself felt demonic attacks. An elderly woman in the church was harassed by demons at night even with manifestations in the material. She called filled with the Holy Spirit long- time believers. They prayed, anointed her and her home, and harassment stopped. These are real things. It can not necessarily be typically manifested demonic terror. It can be sometimes confusion, depression, weakness, but the source could be the same. All of this is real and God has given us power and authority over such attacks in the name of Jesus Christ.
What makes me suspicious, however is the ostentation in these ministries, displacement of the center from Jesus Christ to a man and to God's gifts, blessings and commercialism. Sometimes imitation, and the action of evil spirits are even apparent.
But it is a fact that there are believers in need of healing and deliverance. Why is this - that's another topic. God used me in this when I was called to do so. Not that flashy way, of course. I have prayed for people in need in the presence of a few people - at church office or at home and they received healing or deliverance. The key to this is the leading of the Holy Spirit. As a brother says - "You can not pray someone to get a steak, if God wants to slap him and bring him to repentance."
I totally agree - the best thing  happened to me in my life was when God hit me a nice, loud slap that made me seek Him and repent. The slap was absolutely deserved - I openly declared that there is no God and that everything in my life depended on me...
Oh, God loves those challenges. He put me in a situation where nothing was up to me. God has a sense of humor, too. Immediately I changed my philosophy. The threat hanging over me with a setup charge for a sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison. Seven years I have lived on my knees in prayer, and absolute trust in the only One who had the power to deliver me - Jesus Christ! I was so serving the study of the Word so my first Bible was not only patterned, painted and marked, but twice collapsed .
What we need to be able to abide in God and the Holy Spirit to dwell in us - despair.

Well, there are some with not so tough heads like me, in their lives it could the easier way.
One of the pastors in my town used to say, " I pray God to send us persecution, so we would be and drawn near to Him! "

But if we have come to this despair, unconditional surrender and total commitment to God, then we will see the smiling face of Jesus and then He can use us to implement His Will! And it's not about just some individuals - this is for all of His servants. When I received a Word of God with a call from Him, at first I felt very special, but then God has directed my attention to His Word and I understand that it is for all His servants .

Only Jesus is special !

"And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:" Acts 2:17 , 18

You will not be offended if I say that word here for servants and handmaidens, in the original are actually male and female slaves - dulos . For Joel 2:28 , 29, where is the quote from I'm not sure, but I checked for Acts - SLAVES .
This is the condition to be fulfilled for us the Word of Joel 2 and Acts 2 - to become slaves of Christ. Do not be alarmed, this is a good thing. Being a slave of God Almighty is the highest rank that a human being can reach. The price is ... to give our lives with all that we have.

And so - the tongues​​, healings and deliverances are ALSO for now and the words of Jesus are ALSO for us :
"Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give." Matthew 10:8

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." John 14:12

For all I crave abundant grace in the transmission in voluntary slavery of Jesus Christ.
I've had short periods of time when by the grace of God I managed to pass the control to God.
WOW ! The experience is more powerful and exciting than in all the amazing adventures that I have read in novels. Why do I not live permanently so - oh, apparently much more escapes to me ...
I hope you get it! Just to warn you that there is a process of preparation, associated with reproof, cleaning , humbling, equipping, testing, accompanied by painful operations. Do not give up, I think, it is worth even for a smile on the face of the most beautiful - excellent Jesus the Christ .

AN ATTITUDE OF PROUD OR HUMILITY

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. " Matthew 5:3

This is the first of the five beatitudes the Sermon on the Mount begins with.

One definition of  poor in spirit, which I've heard is "to be infinitely guilty and utterly helpless ."

Being poor in spirit does not mean you have poor self-esteem or self-image, does not mean to think badly about yourself. Being poor in spirit is to recognize, to understand who I am and why I am this way. And it's true - each person is poor in spirit, but not everyone realizes it. How do we understand this? One need only read Matthew 5, 6 and 7 so that concern him. Particularly those verses that begin with "But I say unto you ... "

Well, anybody who reaches this standard? Honestly! Is there anyone who does not sin in words, is there someone who does everything the right way - as the Word requires, by the correct motive - out of pure love for God. We are therefore infinitely guilty and utterly helpless .

"For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only [so], but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement." Romans 5:6-11

If only we could imagine to understand what it means wrath of God, from which Christ delivered us!
" Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations also of the hills moved and were shaken, because he was wroth." Psalm 18:7

Watch a video about natural disasters - hurricane, flood, earthquake , and try to imagine all this happening simultaneously around the globe, in thousands of times larger scale. You may acquire a vague idea what happened to the antediluvian people whose thoughts were only evil continually:

" And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." Genesis 6:5
"And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. Genesis 6:7

So God refers to his enemies!
What are our thoughts - only continually good? ("But I say unto you ... ")
Not to mention the hell ...
How dare we have a claim to assert our rights to the Almighty Sovereign God?
Do not bother to show me all the promises in the Word. This is about respect and attitude. About OUR attitude to God.
Blessings and promises are in HIS attitude to us:

"But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble." James 4:6

In practice, this means the following:
My attitude to God is like a slave to the Lord who has redeemed me from the slave market of slavery of sin and Satan. I am realizing my total depravity and absolute impotence to reach God's standard. I am realizing that it is only because of God's mercy and because of the precious sacrifice of Christ I am saved from the wrath and fury of God, intended for the enemies of God. I am realizing that only by the mercy of God, with nothing , absolutely nothing in me, that I am deserving, I 'm not an enemy of God and He will not give me to drink from the cup of his wrath because Jesus drank it instead of me on the Cross ...
There is a big difference, however in the attitude of a slave to different masters. In this attitude of ours is very important to realize who our Master is.
Who is this Lord who would give his life for us?

" Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, [as] silver and gold, from your vain conversation [received] by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:" 1 Peter 1:18-19

Knowing this, more realizing that our attitude of slaves turns in regards to extremely grateful, immensely grateful, wanting to be faithful to the end of our Master, willing to do anything to make
Him happy and to please Him voluntary, humble slaves. And knowing,  more realizing WHO our MASTER is - Creator and Lord of all the worlds, we would know what a special privilege have been awarded to us and it is absolutely undeserved. That attitude of the poor in spirit, humble slaves of Christ gives us true happiness .
This is the difference of secular understanding of  "slave" and God's understanding of  "slave." We must constantly remind ourselves that in the Kingdom of God, often the rules, the laws and concepts are diametrically opposed to the secular ones. This would save us a lot of confusion and misunderstanding.
Therefore, James, Peter , Jude, Paul,together with Timothy proudly represented themselves  in their letters as slaves of Christ and the Gospel. Great privilege!
To this attitude our God responds with grace - the desire and strength to do His Will. Responds with love, which is sometimes expressed in education, disciplining, examining, testing. He responds with adoption; He responds by giving us heritage. But also He uses us according to His will, for His own purposes.
This may sound offensive to someone proud ears, but who was able even for a short walk in obedience and total surrender to God, he experienced inexpressible happiness, joy and bliss - just as Jesus promised - Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is God kingdom.
[ Blessed - full of joy, not anxiety, worry, concern and care]
"Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased." Psalm 4:7


But if my relationship to God is like of a spoiled child who believes that has captured God on His garment, saying  -- I can get God to do everything for my good and prosperity here on this fading, disappearing earth in my fleeting vanity of life then this proudly selfish attitude God resists. Often we find ourselves in very difficult situations and complain and blame God for not taking care of us as His children, and actually God wants to change the attitude of our hearts until it becomes like Job's:
"And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD." Job 1:21
Until it becomes like the attitude of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego infront of the furnace :
"If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up." Daniel 3:17-18
That is the attitude that God is waiting for to fill us in fullness and to perform miracles, signs and do his will through us, to promote His Kingdom .
So many pray that God will use them. Some say that the condition for this is to pay a price. No, it will surely cost us ... everything. It sounds scary, but if we consider what we lose and what we gain encountered by giving this "everything" to God, when we put them in the pair of balance, yhis is what we get:
We loose identity, free will, the right of ownership of all material things, over our children our their spouses, over our time, over selfish desires... This means in practice to have those things if you have not got them:
"But this I say, brethren, the time [is] short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none; And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not. And they that use this world, as not abusing [it]: for the fashion of this world passeth away." 1 Corinthians 7:29-31

We win the love of Him who is the source of Love, the one that is called Love - of God Himself, love, shed in our hearts by the Holy Spirit of God that is given to us. This alone is so huge, heavy and incomprehensible that it would put out all the trinkets from the other balance pan . Only through this Love we can love God. Only through love can we love our loved ones, because we know that they are actually his. Only through this Love we can love our neighbors, because we would understand that they are His creations. Only through this Love we can pray for your enemies ...

We gain incredible privilege to look into the face of Jesus Christ ...

Lord, forgive me that I lack understanding, language dictionary to convey what I feel only vaguely, as much You  had mercy and grace to reveal to me. Please give me more knowledge of your lovely Son and bless all who reads this and me with thurst, desire, longing to show us what it is to know You. Please give us at least a glimpse into the abyss of unexplorability of Your Holy Divine Essence .

We gain Life, Eternity,  - we win eternal life in God Himself, the Creator, our Creator.


The worst thing is when God is silent and does not deal with us. This means we are not His legitimate children :

"But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons." Hebrews 12:8

Our attitude to God determines His attitude towards us .
Our attitude to God determines how we will live on this earth.
Our attitude  to God determines  how we would accept and go through the lessons, tests, trials - with understanding, appreciation, trust and confidence, or ignorance, confusion, fristration, accusation.
Our attitude  to God determines our destiny.

Lord, please forgive our ignorance and misunderstanding. Forgive us our idleness and lack of willingness to recognize You the way You are, not according to our tiny ideas for You. We ask You to enlighten the eyes of our hearts, to give us a spirit of wisdom and revelation, to show us Thy sight of what we are and what You want us to be. We pray, teach us the ways of thine ordinances.
